While some reviewers state the product didnt work or it was tedious to operate, I had zero problems with set up, management and every day use. I loved it. I was able to get rid of four remotes and I had easy access to everything in a single, easy to operate remote. Blue Ray, TV, Cable STB, Music Server, and Receiver all bending to my will.
